Ladies, join us for our "Bike Like A Girl" monthly road rides, held the second Sunday of each month!  Today we will also be riding with TBF Women's Cycling Group.  

Meet at Rocklin Endurance Sports @ 7:30, pedals down @ 8:00.   

 

It's a "no drop" women's only ride.  ("No drop" means no one is left behind - we'll wait at intersections and ride at a speed that works for everyone.)  Your choice of 2 ride distances: ~21 miles or ~35 miles.

Requirements: Helmet, food and water for your ride, and flat repair supplies (bring flat supplies even if you don't know how to change a flat tire).

Rain cancels, so please check back in closer to ride date if weather is iffy. Hope to see you there!
